Johnny Boxström

Johnny is a product development and management professional with a passion to drive digital transformation across the entire value chain. With experience from different sized companies in various positions, he is a seasoned technology and business development enthusiast. With a M.Sc. (Tech) in product development as well as an MBA in Digital Business Administration and Management on its way, Johnny brings the best of both worlds to the table for a successful digital transformation: strategic organizational development skills and deep technological expertise.

As Program Manager, PLM, at Bluefors, Johnny is responsible for the PLM development roadmap, coaching the organization on digital transformation and leading the projects that gradually raise the Product Lifecycle Management maturity level. During the event, Johnny is going to share his experience on driving transformation using established change leadership methods, combined with real world examples of how to implement these steps in a rapidly growing company.
