Martin has a PhD in Astrophysics. There he built an experience of handling large amounts of data and the need to connect the dots between different theories from particle, nuclear and atomic physics to stellar formation and stellar atmospheres. He also grew a passion for education and helping other people grow. Leaving the university he ended up as a software CM in various technical and leading roles before entering the world of PLM 8 years ago. In 2018 he was hired by QCM. Since then PLM and helping organizations, and their people, change is what drives him. The experience of large data models and connecting dots is very useful in the PLM information, digital threads and process modeling. In addition to this he gets the chance to educate and help people grow, now within the field of PLM and digitalization.
Lately, sustainability and what PLM and information traceability can do to support what we need to do for our planet has become a strong interest. He is nowadays working with both customers and research institutes within this field.
