In the Engineer-to-Order process, the CAD model play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of the workflow. Let’s delve into how myPDS Configurator can significantly enhance and speed up your design work within Creo Parametric.
We’ll illustrate its versatility through various customer cases, showcasing how it can operate autonomously as a design automation tool or be integrated with other enterprise solutions such as ERP systems, CPQs, or platforms like Windchill’s Options and Variants.
Regardless of the configuration, the overarching goal remains the same: to elevate your Engineer-to-Order process to new heights.

Materials are central to any company’s journey to net zero. At the same time, products require materials that can meet performance and cost considerations alongside environmental regulations. This workshop explores how Ansys Granta and material intelligence within Creo and Windchill can be used to guide engineers towards sustainable product design. Participants will gain insights into assessing material impacts, finding alternatives, and incorporating sustainability metrics seamlessly into their daily workflows. By the end of this workshop, engineers will be empowered to make data-driven up-front material decisions that accelerate progress towards net zero goals, while meeting performance and cost objectives.

During product design, 80% of its environmental impact is determined, making it crucial to embed sustainability from the beginning. This think tank aims to discuss integrating sustainability as a fourth dimension in design processes, alongside time, cost, and quality.
We will discuss how starting from regulations such as RoHS and REACH, we can learn how to implement upcoming regulations. Currently, this could be done document-driven or data-driven with a limited impact on the efficiency of the organization.
New regulations such as the Digital Product Passport but also Lifecycle assessments require a data-driven connectivity and various sources of information. This is pushing companies to become digital in their design processes.
Sustainable products will always be a part of the circular economy which can only be implemented using a data-driven approach. After an introduction from the experts, the participant will be able to discuss questions and thoughts with the group and gather insights from leading visionaries in this field, as we aim to unravel immediate actions.

Requirements Engineering is one of the key disciplines for successful products. It is important for all disciplines to enable traceability over the whole product lifecycle. In this workshop, we will have a closer look at requirements management and the connection to PLM. We will focus on the traceability between the data from different engineering systems and how this will facilitate the change process. Sustainability covers additional requirements, which need to be considered in the product development process. Together we will have a closer look at our requirements management tool Codebeamer and discuss how it can help in the daily business.
